1. Vlogging- a log/blog that is made using video and is a form of web television. Often include embedded text and images as well.
2. Casey Neistat- He makes daily vlogs showing off his exciting lifestyle like flying in an expensive first class airplane seat or even snowboarding the streets of New York Jake Paul- He shares crazy vlogs like pranks and has some run ins with the police Felix Kjellberg (Pewdiepie)- Has a lot of travelling vlogs and some everyday activities for his youtuber lifestyle.
3. Good equipment, Interesting content, Humour, Positive attitude, Routine, Background, Lighting, Vary content, Good transitions, Being yourself.
4. Casey Neistat- He likes to live with excitement and tries to stand out from the crowd. I think he will relax a bit in 10 years and not do as much exciting things for vlogs Jake Paul- He likes to be the center of attention when it comes to social media and that's why he gets into trouble. I think that in 10 years he will think what he’s doing now was a dumb idea and will regret being so crazy Felix Kjellberg (Pewdiepie)- He likes to travel and show off his daily lifestyle. I think in 10 years he could still be doing the same thing as he is now and would still enjoy vlogging it
5. Future employers may want to hire a previous vlogger if they posted fun enjoyable vlogs and had a positive message and fan base. However, if the vlogger is a troublemaker and has a toxic fan base and message, then hiring them may bring a bad image to the employers so they would steer away from that.
6. If I were to start vlogging, I would most likely vlog about daily life with friends and maybe have a relation to fashion somehow (i.e outfit of the day, etc).
7. I don't think I will have the same opinion in the future because fashion will most likely not be as important to me in the future. Also, my friends will probably not be in my daily life as much in the future.
8. Repercussions- Embarrassing videos from when you were younger could resurface, possibly ruin chances of getting a new job Consequences- If your videos contained illegal content, you could possibly get arrested. Jobs could also be hard to get because of it. Benefits- The videos could have good memories that you can now view whenever you’d like. You can also pass on the memories to future kids.
9. I would not let my 10 year old vlog because the internet can have a lot of scary people on it. Anyone with the internet can get on to Youtube so potentially anyone could be watching your 10 year olds vlogs. Safety is always important and I think that a 10 year old talking to anyone in the world could be dangerous. Also, 10 year olds tend to be somewhat emotional and haven’t learned tough criticism yet. Some people on the internet that tend to be referred to as “trolls” go around on Youtube videos and try to make the creator of the videos feel bad by making fun of them in the comments. I think it would be good to wait a few more years to start making vlogs (at least for the internet to see).
10. I think that vlogging isn’t just talking to a camera and uploading the video to Youtube. It takes time and effort to actually get a quality video made. Editing skills and patience have a lot to do with making a vlog. Also, big vloggers on the internet get paid because of the vlogs they make and if you want to do the same thing, know that it takes money to make money. Nobody wants to watch someone who has the video and mic quality of a potato. If you want to be a great vlogger, invest in great equipment.
